Questions about Tailnook

Where are my pet photos stored?

In your own browser's storage on your device; Tailnook doesn't upload your diaries or photos to a Pai Digital server. Anyone using the same browser on the same device can see them, and clearing browser data can delete them, so download a backup regularly.

Does it sync between my phone and laptop?

No automatic sync. Move a backup file across.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

It runs in modern browsers. It has been tested in desktop Chrome; full real-device testing is still in progress. If it doesn't work on your device, the refund policy applies.

Is the AI free?

AI is optional. You connect your own provider key, and that provider's terms and costs apply.

Is it a vet app?

No. The lessons and tools are general information. Always ask your veterinarian.
