Terms, Privacy and Refunds

Buying

Products are sold through Payhip and Gumroad, which process payment, charge any applicable tax and email your receipt with an order number. We never see your card details. Their checkout terms also apply. Prices are in USD unless the checkout says otherwise. Digital products only; nothing is shipped.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly plans for the hosted apps are sold as Gumroad subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your Gumroad receipt or library, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; no further charges are made. Unused parts of a period aren’t refunded except under the 7-day policy below or where the law requires.

7-day refund policy

If your purchase is unused, corrupt (doesn’t work and we can’t fix it), or materially misrepresented, email paidigitalstore@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, and we’ll refund you through Payhip or Gumroad. For hosted apps, access ends when the refund is issued.

Licence and acceptable use

All products are licensed for your personal use only. Don’t resell, share, redistribute, rebrand or give others access to products or logins. Don’t use them to break the law or anyone’s rights. Products are owned by Pai Digital or its licensors.

Disclaimers

Products are educational resources, tools and templates. No income, savings, trading or results guarantees. Nothing is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, veterinary or relationship advice. Astrology and cultural content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. To the extent the law allows, products are provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid; we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

Ontario, Canada law applies, and Ontario courts have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts. Please contact us first.

Privacy (this website)

This store website doesn’t use accounts, advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn’t collect personal information. Pai Guide runs in your browser and doesn’t store or send what you choose. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and keep it as long as needed for support and records. Payhip and Gumroad collect what they need for checkout under their own privacy policies and share your purchase email with us so we can deliver access. Hosted apps have their own privacy policies (below), covering sign-in data, Cloudflare hosting, Brevo code emails and browser storage.

Under PIPEDA (and, where they apply, GDPR and CCPA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing paidigitalstore@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising. We only send transactional emails and replies; no marketing email without your consent (CASL).
