Honest limits. AI chat and OCR need your own API key (none included). It creates new PDFs from text; it can't merge, split or compress existing PDFs.

Questions about InstantLux AI Studio

Is the AI included?

No AI runs without a key. AI chat, AI File Chat and OCR use a provider key you create; many providers have free tiers, check their current limits. Without a key, “summarize” keeps the first sentences and “rewrite” only tidies spacing.

Can it merge or compress my existing PDFs?

Not in this version. It creates new PDFs from text. For existing PDFs, see Pocket PDF Studio.

Does it make QR codes?

Don't rely on it for QR codes; that isn't a verified feature.

Will it work on my phone?

It's a browser app tested at phone width in Chrome; not every device has been checked. It isn't in the Play Store or App Store.
