Terms of sale and use
What you're buying, how you can use it, and the rules that apply.
These terms apply when you buy or use Build Once Academy ("the course") from the creator of Build Once Academy ("we", "us"). By buying, downloading or using the course you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use it.
1. What you're buying
A digital, self-paced educational programme delivered as a file or online access: lessons, tools, templates, blueprints and other materials as described on the sales page and in What's included. Nothing physical is shipped. Coaching, calls, a community and personal support are not included unless stated in writing at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy the course.
3. Price, payment and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party checkout provider, which may add sales tax or VAT where required. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery and access
Access is delivered instantly after payment. You're responsible for keeping your copy safe and making backups of your progress. If your file is lost, contact us and we'll help where reasonably possible.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you buy.
6. Your licence
See the Licence and intellectual property page. In short: the course is for your personal use only, and what you create with it is yours.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the course or its access; not to remove notices from it; and not to use it to break any law or anyone's rights.
8. Updates and changes
We may update, improve or remove parts of the course to keep it accurate and useful. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can put it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your access being ended.
10. Limitation of liability
The course is provided for education, "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or results of business decisions you make, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the seller is based. This doesn't remove any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Refund policy
7-day refund if the file is unused, corrupt, or materially misrepresented.
REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
Pai Digital applies one refund policy to every product.
7-day refund if the file is unused, corrupt, or materially misrepresented. Contact paidigitalstore@gmail.com. This doesn't limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
How to ask: email paidigitalstore@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
Licence and intellectual property
Personal use only. What you create is yours.
1. Who owns the course
All lessons, text, designs, code, tools, templates, blueprints, prompts and graphics in the course are owned by the creator of Build Once Academy and protected by copyright.
2. Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own learning and your own business, on your own devices.
3. What you may do
• Use the tools, templates, hook formulas, prompts and blueprints to create your own original products, content and marketing.
• Sell the products you create with the course's help and keep all the profit.
• Use images you create with the cover designer, carousel maker and testimonial card tools in your own business.
4. What you may not do
• Share, send, upload or give access to the course or its file to anyone else.
• Resell, sublicense, rebrand or publish the course or its materials as they are, in whole or in part, including as private label (PLR) or resell-rights products.
• Copy the lessons or library into another course, product or membership.
5. Your content
Your notes, workbook answers, scores and anything you type stay yours and stay on your device.
6. Other people's rights
You're responsible for making sure the products and content you create don't copy other people's work, trademarks or characters, and that any footage, music, images or testimonials you use are yours or properly licensed.
7. Breaking the licence
If the licence is broken, access may be ended without a refund, and we may take further action to protect our work.
Privacy policy
Your progress stays on your device. We don't track you.
1. The course app
The course runs on your own device. Your name, progress, notes, workbook, scorecard and settings are saved only in your browser's local storage on that device. We can't see them, and they aren't sent to us.
2. No tracking
The course app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Its fonts are built in, so it doesn't contact any other website unless you tap an outside link, play a lesson video, or connect an AI service yourself.
3. When you buy
Your checkout provider collects your name, email and payment details to process your order and send your access. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver the course and support you. We don't sell your data.
4. Emails
If you join our email list, we'll email you about the course and related products. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
5. Optional AI connection
If you choose to connect an AI service, your key is stored only on your device, and the text you send (including your workbook details when you use AI features) goes directly to the AI provider you chose, under that provider's own privacy policy. We never see your key or those messages. Don't send passwords, payment details or other people's personal information to any AI service.
6. Outside links
Links to other websites, tools and AI services are covered by their own privacy policies.
7. Your choices
You can erase everything the app has stored at any time in Settings → Start over. To ask what order details we hold, or to have them corrected or deleted, email paidigitalstore@gmail.com.
8. Children
The course isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Earnings disclaimer
No income is promised. Results vary.
1. No guarantee of results
The course teaches business skills. We don't promise or guarantee that you'll make any money, or any particular amount.
2. Examples are examples
Any figures in the course, including the Masterclass case study, calculator defaults and example numbers, are illustrative. They are not typical results, not a prediction, and not a promise. The Masterclass person and numbers are invented for teaching.
3. What affects results
Your results depend on many things outside our control, including your effort, skills, niche, product, timing, market conditions, platform changes and competition. Many people who start a business make little or no money.
4. Calculators
The calculators give estimates based only on the numbers you enter. They don't account for every cost, tax or risk.
5. Your decisions
You're responsible for your own business decisions and should only spend money, including on ads, that you can afford to lose.
Educational disclaimer
Education only, not professional advice.
1. Education only
Everything in the course is general education. It isn't legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or professional advice, and it isn't tailored to your situation.
2. Templates
The legal page templates, refund policy templates and other documents are starting points only. Laws differ between countries and change over time. Have important documents checked by a qualified professional where you live.
3. Blueprints
Product blueprints are ideas, not proof that there's demand for a product in your market. Validate before you build.
4. Accuracy
We work hard to keep the course accurate, but platforms, prices, fees, rules and tools change often. Always check current details with the provider.
5. Professional help
For tax registration, business structure, contracts or financial decisions, speak with a qualified professional in your country.
AI disclaimer
AI is optional, can be wrong, and runs through providers you choose.
1. Optional
Every part of the course works without AI. AI features are an optional extra.
2. Third-party providers
When you connect an AI service or paste prompts into one, that service is provided by a third party under its own terms, pricing, limits and privacy policy. Free plans and limits may change or end at any time. We're not responsible for their availability, costs or outputs.
3. Accuracy
AI can produce answers that are wrong, out of date, biased or made up. Always check facts, figures, prices and legal points before relying on them.
4. Your responsibility
You're responsible for reviewing and editing anything AI produces before you publish or use it, making sure it's original, and following each platform's rules on AI-generated content.
5. Costs
If you use a paid AI key, charges are between you and the provider. Set spending limits in their dashboard.
Disclosures
Links, testimonials, trademarks and updates.
1. Outside tools and links
The course links to third-party tools and services for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing or changes.
2. Affiliate links
Links in the course are not affiliate links, and we don't earn money when you use them. If that ever changes, affiliate links will be clearly marked.
3. Trademarks
Product and company names such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Google, Gumroad, Payhip, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT and others belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse or are connected with this course.
4. Testimonials
Any testimonials shown on our sales page come from real buyers and reflect their personal experience, which may not be typical.
5. Illustrative content
Example people, businesses and numbers in the lessons, tools and Masterclass are invented for teaching unless stated otherwise.
6. Updates
Content is updated over time. Features, tools and lesson content may change, be added or be removed.
