Setup and use

Set up once, then just fill in the lines

My Details
Name, currency, tax rate and payment terms, typed once.
Invoice or quote
Add your lines. Totals, tax, deposit and due date fill in. The Example Invoice shows a filled one.
Log it
Mark it Paid, Open or Overdue. The dashboard shows invoiced vs paid by month.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes, the spreadsheet is for Excel and Google Sheets. The .docx files open in Word and Google Docs.

Will I get paid faster?

We can't promise that. It keeps your invoices clear and shows who's overdue, and the reminder emails give you polite wording.
