Make cards
A question on the front, the answer on the back. New cards start in Box 1.
Review what's due
Right moves a card up a box (1, 3, 7, 14, 30 days). Wrong sends it back to Box 1, due tomorrow.
Let the sheet do dates
Type R or W in the Review Scheduler. Box, next date and Due? update on their own.

Is $11.99 worth it?

I've never used flashcards properly. Can I start?

Yes. Your first week is laid out day by day, and the guide shows how to write good cards.

Paper or spreadsheet?

Either. On paper, use five envelopes and the box tracker page. In the spreadsheet, type R or W and the dates are worked out.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes, Excel and Google Sheets.
