Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Print a card, read line by line, reread 3 times. The how-to page has tips. You can laminate and reuse with a dry-erase marker.

Can't I write my own?

You can. This saves the time and adds the questions, drawing boxes, a tracker and Pip's friends.
